保温板对复合剪力墙抗震性能影响研究 被引量:2

Study on the Influence of Thermal Insulation Board on the Seismic Performance of Composite Shear Walls

摘要 为了解决新型复合剪力墙保温、防火及抗震性能,提出了一种加芯保温陶粒混凝土复合剪力墙.该板具有相对较好的构造优势,在具备保温隔热指标的前提下可以改善或解决保温板脱落问题以及杜绝火灾的发生.可见,保温板在复合剪力墙中发挥的作用较大.为了研究保温板对于复合剪力墙抗震性能的影响,本文对3类剪力墙进行抗震实验研究.通过对试件的裂缝发展情况、破坏形态、承载能力、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化曲线、位移延性系数、能量耗散系数等分别进行了讨论,得出有保温板陶粒混凝土复合剪力墙承载能力略有折减,但延性、耗能等整体抗震性能指标相对优越.可以尝试推广使用,符合国家提倡的绿色、节能、环保、抗震及加速新型墙板革新的发展政策. In order to study the thermal insulation,fire resistance and the seismic performance of the new composite shear wall,sandwich thermal insulation ceramic concrete composite shear wall is proposed in this paper.The board has relatively good structural advantages because it can improve or solve the problem of the insulation board falling off and prevent the occurrence of fire under the premise of having the heat preservation index.It can be seen that the insulation board plays a greater role in the composite shear wall.In order to study the effect of thermal insulation board on the seismic performance of composite shear walls,this paper conducts seismic tests on three types of shear walls.By discussing the crack development,failure form,bearing capacity,hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve,displacement ductility coefficient,energy dissipation coefficient,etc.of the specimen respectively,it can be concluded that the composite shear of ceramic concrete with insulation board is slightly reduced on the aspect of load-bearing capacity of the force,but the overall seismic performance indicators like ductility and energy consumption are relatively good,which is worthy promoting and using.Moreover,it’s in line with the development policy of green,energy saving,environmental protection,earthquake resistance and accelerated new wall panel innovation advocated by the country.
