摘要
钢板在一定的高厚比范围内出现典型的捏缩现象,该现象与工程结构的减隔震机理相吻合。为了研究钢板在减隔震支座研发中应用的可能性,建立了钢板的有限元模型并对钢板的力学特性进行了详细的研究分析。结果发现:钢板在面内水平荷载的作用下出现典型的三阶段特性:弹性阶段-弹性屈曲阶段-塑性耗能阶段;水平荷载较小时处于弹性阶段,此阶段钢板在平面发生弹性剪切变形,刚度较大;当荷载增加到临界荷载时钢板出现弹性屈曲,刚度出现陡然下降,并进入第二种平衡状态;荷载继续增加,钢材发生屈服,进入塑性耗能阶段。对钢板在不同设计参数下的滞回曲线、骨架曲线以及等效耗能参数进行分析,探讨了钢板的初始刚度计算公式,并提出了含屈曲耗能钢板的新型减隔震支座的设计方案,为该支座的进一步研发提供参考。
The typical pinching phenomenon of steel plate appears in a certain range of height thickness ratio,which is consistent with the vibration reduction and isolation mechanism of engineering structure. In order to study the possibility of the application of steel plate in the research and development of seismic isolation bearing,the finite element model of steel plate is established and the mechanical properties of steel plate are analyzed in detail. The results show that there are three typical stages of steel plate under the action of in-plane horizontal load, namely, elastic stage-elastic buckling stage-plastic energy dissipation stage. When the horizontal load is small, the steel plate is in the elastic stage, in which the elastic shear deformation occurs in the plane, and the rigidity is large. When the load increases to the critical load, elastic buckling in the steel plate occurs, and rigidity drops sharply, entering the second type of equilibrium state. The load continues to increase, and the steel yields,which indicates entering the plastic energy consumption stage. This paper analyzes the hysteretic curve, skeleton curve and equivalent energy dissipation parameters of steel plate under different design parameters, discusses the calculation formula of initial stiffness of steel plate, and proposes the design scheme of a new type of seismic isolation bearing with buckling energy dissipation steel plate, which provides reference for further research and development of the bearing.
