摘要
通过梳理并解释分工、社会化服务与农业生产效率三个概念,探讨了农业社会化服务与农业生产效率之间存在的逻辑关系,得出结论:农业内部的分工和劳动者专业化的过程是一个自然发展的过程,是社会追求高效益、高附加值的自然选择,成熟的分工结构(H)可以带来更高效率农业生产。同时,从农业经营主体与农业服务主体的纵向分工、政策制度变迁实现利益的再次分配两个方面分析了农业社会化服务对农业生产效率的作用机理。
This paper discussed the logical relationship between agricultural socialized service and agricultural production efficiency by combing and explaining the three concepts of division of labor,socialized service and agricultural production efficiency. It drawn the conclusion that it’s a natural development process that the process of division of labor within agriculture and the process of labor specialization and it’s a natural choice for society to pursue high efficiency and high added value. A mature division of labor structure( H) could bring about more efficient agricultural production. At the same time, it analyzed the mechanism of agricultural socialization service on agricultural production efficiency from two aspects: the vertical division of labor between the main body of agricultural management and the main body of agricultural service,and the redistribution of benefits realized by the changes of policies and systems.
