摘要
以2-甲基咪唑作为固化剂芯材,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作外壳,采用三种不同的复配型乳化剂制成微胶囊固化剂。通过示差扫描量热分析、热重分析及扫描电镜对微胶囊结构和性能进行了表征。将微胶囊固化剂与环氧树脂复配得到混合体系,对体系进行了固化动力学研究和室温储存期测试。结果表明,采用聚甘油异硬脂酸酯、甘油、矿油和Tween-80为乳化剂制备得到的微胶囊固化剂形貌稳定性较好。质量分数2.3%的该微胶囊与环氧树脂混合体系的活化能为54.47 kJ/mol,室温储存可达到50 d。
The microcapsule curing agent was prepared using three different compound emulsifiers. The 2-methylimidazole was used as the core material and polymethyl methacrylate as the outer shell. The structure and performance of the microcapsules were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The microcapsule curing agent and epoxy resin were compounded to obtain a mixed system, and the curing kinetics of the system was studied and the room temperature storage period test was carried out. The results showed that the microcapsule curing agent prepared by using polyglyceryl isostearate,glycerin, mineral oil and Tween-80 as emulsifiers had better morphological stability. The activation energy of the 2.3% mass fraction of the microcapsule and epoxy resin mixed system was 54.47 kJ/mol, and it could be stored at room temperature for 50 days.
