摘要
通过比较聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)三种材料的理化性能指标,对用于酸性卫生间清洗剂的三种材料及其共混材料的包装瓶进行包材适用性测试.测试包括了包装瓶的跌落测试、高温测试及长期贮存的堆压测试,并对HDPE/LDPE(90∶10)塑料瓶、HDPE塑料瓶及市售稳定产品的包装瓶进行示差扫描量热分析.结果表明,PET塑料瓶不适宜用于装置酸性卫生间清洗剂,HDPE瓶和HDPE共混PP瓶能通过部分测试,当HDPE与LDPE质量比为90∶10混时,能够通过所有测试.
Compared the main physical and chemical indexes of polyethylene(PE),polypropylene(PP),and polyethylene terephthalate(PET),the suitability tests of the above three materials and their mixtures bottles were done on the acidic toilet cleaner,the tests including falling test,high-temperature test,and long-time storing test,and the DSC of mixture of HDPE and LDPE bottle,HDPE bottle and stable market bottle was also done. The results showed that PET bottle was not suitable to use for acidic toilet cleaner,and HDPE bottle and HDPE mixed PP bottle could pass some tests,and 90% percent of HDPE mixed with10% percent LDPE could pass all the tests.
