摘要
该研究采用GC-MS建立不同产地花椒挥发油的指纹图谱,通过“中药色谱指纹图谱计算机相似性评价系统(2012A版)”,确定了23个共有峰,计算所有样品的相似度均大于0.9。结合C_(10)~C_(25)正构烷烃保留指数法,对花椒挥发油共有峰成分进行分析鉴定,并进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明,建立的花椒挥发油标准图谱与聚类分析、主成分分析结果一致,都可将不同产地花椒挥发性成分进行区分。且主成分分析发现不同产区的花椒挥发油中Germacrene D、(+)-delta-Cadinene、Caryophyllene、Geranyl acetate、Linalool、α-Terpinyl acetate、(E,Z)-2,6-Dimethylocta-2,4,6-triene、trans-β-Ocimene、Nerol和γ-Elemene的含量存在显著差异,可作为不同产地花椒挥发油质量差异的主要共有峰。该研究为不同产地花椒鉴别提供了实验基础,为不同品种的花椒挥发油建立了指纹图谱。
In this study,GC-MS is used to establish the fingerprint of volatile oils from Zanthoxylum bungeanum in different producing areas.Twenty-three common peaks are determined by“Computer Similarity Evaluation System of Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Version 2012A)”,and the similarity of all samples is calculated to be greater than 0.9.Combined with the C_(10)~C_(25) n-alkane retention index method,the common peak components of the volatile oils from Z.bungeanum are analyzed and identified,and cluster analysis and principal component analysis are performed.The results show that the established standard chromatogram of Z.bungeanum volatile oils is consistent with the results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis,and all of them can distinguish Z.bungeanum volatile components from different producing areas.It is found by principal component analysis that there are significant differences in the content of germacrene D,(+)-delta-cadinene,caryophyllene,geranyl acetate,linalool,α-terpinyl acetate,(E,Z)-2,6-dimethylocta-2,4,6-triene,trans-β-ocimene,nerol andγ-elemene,which can be used as the main common peaks for the quality differences of Z.bungeanum volatile oils from different producing areas.This study has provided an experimental basis for the identification of Z.bungeanum from different producing areas,and established fingerprints for the volatile oils from different varieties of Z.bungeanum.
