GC-MS分析四川主产地竹叶花椒的挥发性成分 被引量:19

摘要 目的:为研究四川不同产地竹叶花椒挥发性成分差异。方法:利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对四川22个主产地样品挥发性成分进行分离鉴定,应用相似度评价和主成分分析等多元统计方法进行分析。结果:鉴定出挥发性成分75种,其中共有成分11种,含量较高的共有成分有:芳樟醇、柠檬烯、侧柏烯,总相对含量超过82%,其在统计结果上呈现出有差异的两个类别,C1类样品的成分一共有37个,C2类一共有27个。C1类和C2类相对含量前三的均是芳樟醇、柠檬烯、侧柏烯,而C1类的芳樟醇、柠檬烯、侧柏烯平均相对含量均高于C2类。非共有成分中,C1类有乙酸芳樟酯,C2类有α-松油醇。结论:运用HS-GC-MS能快速获取竹叶花椒挥发性成分的化学组成信息,四川22个竹叶花椒种植区样品挥发性成分相似,但由于含量差别而呈现出具有差异的两个类别。在非共有成分中,乙酸芳樟酯和α-松油醇可能是区分两个类别的潜在化合物。 Objective:To study the differences of volatile components from Zanthoxylum armatum DC.in Sichuan Province.Methods:The volatile components of 22 samples from the main producing areas in Sichuan Province are separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and are analyzed by multivariate statistical methods such as similarity evaluation and principal component analysis.Results:Seventy-five volatile components are identified,of which,there are 11 kinds of common components,the common components with higher content are linalool,limonene,thujene,the total relative content exceeds 82%,there are two different categories in statistical results,there are a total of 37 components in C1 samples and 27 components in C2 samples.The first three components in relative content of C1 and C2 is linalool,limonene and thujene,while the average relative content of linalool,limonene and thujene in C1 is higher than that in C2.Among the non-common components,there are linalyl acetate in C1 andα-terpineol in C2.Conclusion:The chemical composition of the volatile components in Zanthoxylum armature DC.can be obtained quickly by HS-GC-MS,the volatile components of 22 Zanthoxylum armatum DC.samples in planting areas of Sichuan Province are similar.Among the non-common components,linalyl acetate andα-terpineol may be potential compounds that distinguish between the two categories.
