摘要
当前告警系统通过设计告警驱动模块电路,运行告警驱动模块时,容易出现误报和漏报问题,提出点阵激光美容仪温度探测自动告警系统。硬件方面,确定点阵激光美容仪温度探测自动告警系统组成,构建系统硬件框架;选择符合ITU-TRS232标准的CMOS电平负责告警系统的串行异步收发,设计通信电路,通过符合TIA/EIA-323-F标准的MAX3238芯片,实现CMOS电平转换和TC35i数据接口通信。软件方面,计算系统时钟能适应的最大干扰源,设计告警驱动模块运行时序;设定温度阈值程序、通信总线程序和系统运行主程序,实现点阵激光美容仪温度探测自动告警。确定实验装置结构、技术参数和设计实验案例,实验结果:设计系统相较此次实验选择的两组系统,温度随之时间不变化而发生较大变化,设计系统准确监测温度,并且不存在告警误报和漏报次数,有效提高了告警系统的准确性。
In the current alarm system, the circuit of alarm driver module is designed. When running the alarm driver module, it is easy to be affected by interference sources, which leads to the problem of false alarm and missing alarm in the system. An automatic alarm system for temperature detection of dot matrix laser beauty instrument is proposed. In terms of hardware, the composition of temperature detection automatic alarm system of dot matrix laser beauty instrument was determined, and the hardware framework of the system was constructed. Choice conforms to the ITU-TRS232 standard CMOS level in charge of the alarm system of serial asynchronous transceiver, communication circuit design, through up to the standard of TIA/EIA-323-F MAX3238 chip, implement CMOS level conversion and TC35 i data interface communication. In terms of software, the maximum interference source that the system clock can adapt to is calculated, and the running timing of the alarm driver module is designed. The temperature threshold program, the communication bus program and the main program of the system are set to realize the temperature detection automatic alarm of the dot matrix laser beauty instrument. Experiment device structure and technical parameters, design test case, experimental results: Compared with the two groups of systems selected in this experiment, the temperature of the designed system changes greatly with the same time. The designed system accurately monitors the temperature, and there is no false alarm and missed alarm times, which effectively improves the accuracy of the alarm system.
