摘要
《动物营养学》为动物科学专业的专业核心课,是从事动物生产的理论基础,为动物的科学饲养提供理论依据和实践指南。动物营养学的发展离不开生产实践和科学试验过程。然而,随着学科的飞速发展,传统的教学模式已经不能完全满足培养学生对创造性、个性化及多元化的需要,课程改革已迫在眉睫。笔者简要分析了《动物营养学》在传统教育模式下的发展现状,并以突出“互联网+”和构建生态课堂为目标,对动物营养学课程教学内容、教学方式等进行改革,以期为培养具有时代特色、实践能力、创新创业意识和职业情怀的高素质畜牧业人才提供参考。
"Animal Nutrition"is the core course of animal science specialty,which is the theoretical basis of animal production,and provides theoretical basis and practical guide for scientific animal feeding.The development of animal nutrition is inseparable from production practice and the process of scientific experiment.However,with the fasten development of the subject,the traditional teaching mode can not fully satisfy the needs of cultivating students for creativity,individuality and diversification,thus the curriculum reform is urgent.In?this paper,the development status of animal nutrition under traditional education mode was briefly analyzed,while the concepl of"Internel+"was highighted,and aims to build ecological casoom and reform teaching content and methods of animal nutrition,with a view to provide reference for cultivating high-quality animal husbandry lalents with the characteristics of modern features,practical ability,consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship and professional feelings.
