摘要
聚乙二醇(PEG)作为增黏剂对水泥基材料性能有较大的影响,笔者对其流动度、电阻率、强度、压汞和扫描电镜等进行了分析测试。结果表明:与掺PEG400(P4)相比,掺PEG800(简称P8)增黏效果更好;在0.1%~0.4%掺量范围内,掺P4均可促进水泥水化,但随着掺量的增加,其促进作用呈先增大后减小趋势;掺P8时,其掺量较小时可促进水化,掺量较高时有缓凝作用,但两者效果均不明显。掺PEG可增大水泥水化产物低密度C-S-H凝胶密实度,并促进粉煤灰火山灰反应,其对自密实混凝土具有明显增强效果。
As a viscosity enhancer,polyethylene glycol(PEG)has a greater impact on the performance of cementitious materials,and an analysis is conducted on its flow,resistivity,strength,mercury pressure and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that compared with PEG400(P4),PEG800(P8)has a better viscosity enhancement effect.In the range of 0.1%to 0.4%,P4 can promote the hydration of cement and the promotion effect first increases and then decreases with the increase of dosage.When P8 is mixed,it can promote the hydration of cement for a low dosage and has a slow setting effect for a high dosage.However,both effects are not obvious.The addition of PEG can improve the density of low-density C-S-H gel of cement hydration products and the pozzolanic reaction of fly ash during cement hydration,thus the strength of self-compacting concrete was obviously enhanced.
