摘要
为探究现阶段我国粮食生产技术效率水平及其技术效率提升机制,采用随机前沿分析模型对中国31个省(市、区)2009-2019年的面板数据测算了粮食生产技术效率,并通过Tobit模型对各影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:不同区域间粮食生产技术效率分异,2009-2019年间中国粮食的平均生产技术效率为0.5508,总体呈现缓慢上升趋势,其中吉林的技术效率最高,新疆的技术效率最低;土地投入、机械投入和农药投入显著正向影响粮食生产的技术效率水平,第一产业占比通过调节各产业劳动力投入和资产投入调节粮食生产技术效率水平,而受灾面积以减少粮食产量显著降低粮食生产技术效率。调节劳动力要素配置、促进农业技术创新均有助于提升粮食生产技术效率水平。
In order to explore the technical efficiency level of grain production and its improvement mechanism in China at the present stage,the panel data of 31 provinces(cities and districts)in China from 2009 to 2019 were calculated by using stochastic frontier analysis model,and the influencing factors were analyzed by Tobit model.The results showed that the technical efficiency of grain production in different regions was different.The average technical efficiency of grain production in China from 2009 to 2019 was 0.5508,which showed a slow upward trend.Jilin had the highest technical efficiency and Xinjiang had the lowest technical efficiency.Land input,machinery input and pesticide input influenced the technical efficiency level of grain production significantly and positively.The proportion of the primary industry regulated the technical efficiency level of grain production by adjusting the labor input and asset input of each industry,while the area affected by disaster decreased the grain production significantly and reduced the technical efficiency of grain production.Adjusting the allocation of labor factors and promoting agricultural technology innovation have been helpful to improve the technical efficiency of grain production.
