摘要
“工匠精神”是人类宝贵的精神文明,它促进个体的成长成才、推动当代中国社会转型发展、是实现中国梦的现实需要。创新工作室是创新技术型人才的培养渠道,也是“工匠精神”的培育载体。以创新工作室为载体对大学生进行“工匠精神”的培育,可以通过开设职业课程、营造文化氛围和加强师资建设等方式实现,从而为社会培养更多德才兼备的人才,推动国家经济社会的高质量发展。
"Craftsman spirit"is the precious spiritual wealth of mankind.It promotes the growth of individuals,promotes the transformation and development of contemporary Chinese society,and is the practical need of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Innovation studio is the training channel of innovative technical talents and the carrier of"craftsman spirit".The"craftsman spirit"of college students can be cultivated through offering vocational courses,creating cultural atmosphere,and strengthening the construction of teachers,so as to cultivate more talents with virtue and skill for the society and promote the high-quality development of national economy and society.
