摘要
在干旱半干旱区造林绿化中,为了选择适宜的抗旱树种和苗木,对比研究了青海云杉和祁连圆柏根系的抗旱特性。结果表明:青海云杉和祁连圆柏根系外观形态、土壤空间分布、质地和稀疏度方面都有很大差异。青海云杉根系的生物量、丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量分别为3.51 kg·株^(-1)、15.58 mg·g^(-1)、0.35 mg·g^(-1)、2.81 mg·g^(-1)和33.11 mg·g^(-1),较祁连圆柏降低了21.65%、43.93%、35.19%、57.29%和34.49%;青海云杉生长地6—10月土壤相对含水量分别为55.23%、58.17%、61.70%、65.74%和58.73%,较祁连圆柏生长地分别提高了22.27%、21.04%、20.27%、18.79%和17.53%。经t测验,青海云杉和祁连圆柏根系的生物量、丙二醛、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量均有显著差异(P<0.05)。综合对比分析认为祁连圆柏抗旱性高于青海云杉。
In order to select suitable drought-resistant tree species and seedlings for afforestation in arid and semi-arid areas,drought-resistant characteristics of Picea crassifolia and Sabina przewalskii roots were studied.The results showed that there were significant differences in root morphology,soil spatial distribution,texture and sparsity between P.crassifolia and S.przewalskii.The biomass,malondialdehyde,proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein contents of P.crassifolia roots were 3.51 kg·plant^(-1),15.58 mg·g^(-1),0.35 mg·g^(-1),2.81 mg·g^(-1) and 33.11 mg·g^(-1),respectively.These characteristics decreased 21.65%,43.93%,35.19%,57.29%and 34.49%as compared with those of S.przewalskii.Soil relative water content for P.crassifolia from June to October were 55.23%,58.17%,61.70%,65.74%and 58.73%,respectively,which increased by 22.27%,21.04%,20.27%,18.79%and 17.53%,respectively,as compared with those of S.przewalskii.T test showed that there were significant differences in biomass,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar and soluble protein content between P.crassifolia and S.przewalskii roots(P<0.05).The drought resistance of S.przewalskii was higher than that of P.crassifolia.
