摘要
目的以计划行为理论为基础,调查腰椎间盘突出症患者的自我管理现状,分析其主要影响因素。方法选取108例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用自行编制的一般人口资料问卷、慢性病自我管理问卷、计划行为理论问卷进行评定,分析腰椎间盘突出症患者自我管理的影响因素。结果入组患者慢性病自我管理量表运动锻炼维度总分(146.8±70.89)分,认知症状管理实践维度总评分为(8.84±2.84)分,与医生的沟通维度总评分为(5.13±1.94)分。入组患者计划行为理论问卷行为态度总评分(13.11±2.49)分,主观规范总评分(16.77±2.80)分,知觉行为控制总评分(13.43±2.51)分,行为意向总评分(13.19±2.42)分。行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制与行为意向呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者自我管理水平较差,计划行为理论可以有效提高患者的自我管理水平,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the self-management status of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH) based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB) and analyze its main influencing factors.Methods A total of 108 patients with LDH were selected and assessed by self-designed general population data questionnaire,chronic disease self-management questionnaire and planned behavior theory questionnaire to analyze the influencing factors of self-management.Result The total score of physical exercise of chronic disease self-management scale was(146.8 ± 70.89),the total score of cognitive symptom management practice was(8.84±2.84),and the total score of communication with doctors was(5.13±1.94).The total score of TPB questionnaire was(13.11±2.49),the total score of subjective norm was(16.77±2.80),the total score of perceived behavior control was(13.43±2.51),and the total score of behavior intention was(13.19±2.42).There was a significant positive correlation between behavior attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavior control and behavior intention(P <0.05).Conclusions The self-management level of patients with LDH is poor.TPB can effectively improve the self-management level of patients and improve the quality of life.
