核心自我评价和自我同情在大学生消极完美主义与社交焦虑间的中介作用 被引量:3

Intermediary role of core self-evaluation and self-compassion in negative perfectionism and social anxiety among college students

摘要 目的 探讨大学生核心自我评价和自我同情在消极完美主义与社交焦虑关系中的作用机制,为制定改善大学生社交焦虑的干预措施提供依据。方法 采用方便抽样法于2020年11—12月,使用交往焦虑量表、Frost多维完美主义问卷、核心自我评价量表以及自我同情问卷对黑龙江省某高校的护理学院、人文社科学院和药学院823名大学生进行问卷调查。结果 黑龙江某高校823名大学生消极完美主义、核心自我评价、自我同情和社交焦虑平均得分分别为(57.53±11.50)、(34.58±6.22)、(87.55±12.94)和(47.87±9.99)分;高社交焦虑组的消极完美主义得分高于低社交焦虑组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),高社交焦虑组的核心自我评价和自我同情得分均低于低社交焦虑组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);消极完美主义得分和核心自我评价得分呈负相关(r=-0.53,P<0.01),消极完美主义得分与社交焦虑得分呈正相关(r=0.35,P<0.01),核心自我评价得分与社交焦虑得分呈负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.01),自我同情总分与社交焦虑得分呈负相关(r=-0.43,P<0.01);核心自我评价是消极完美主义与社交焦虑的中介变量,中介效率为62.78%,自我同情能够调节中介效应的前半段路径(β=0.003,P<0.01)。结论 核心自我评价在大学生消极完美主义和社交焦虑中存在部分中介作用,其中自我同情调节了该中介效应的前半段路径,即较高水平的自我同情会提升具有消极完美主义大学生的核心自我评价。 Objective To explore the mechanism of core self-evaluation and self-compassion in the relationship between negative perfectionism and social anxiety among college students,provide evidence for the development of interventions to improve social anxiety among college students. Methods From November to December of 2020,823 college students from the school of nursing,school of humanities and social sciences and school of pharmacy of a university in Heilongjiang Province were collected by the convenient sampling method,and surveyed by using the interaction anxiety scale,Frost multidimensional perfectionism questionnaire,core self-evaluation scale and self-compassion questionnaire. Results The scores of negative perfectionism,core selfevaluation,self-compassion and social anxiety among 823 students in a university in Heilongjiang Province were(57.53±11.50),(34.58±6.22),(87.55±12.94) and(47.87±9.99)points,respectively. The negative perfectionism score of the high social anxiety group was higher than that of the low social anxiety group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The scores of core-evaluation and self-compassion in the high social anxiety group were lower than those in the low social anxiety group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.01). Negative perfectionism score was negatively correlated with core selfevaluation(r=-0.53,P<0.01). Negative perfectionism score was positively correlated with social anxiety score(r=0.35,P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between core self-evaluation score and social anxiety score(r=-0.51,P<0.01). Self-compassion score was negatively correlated with social anxiety score(r =-0.43,P <0.01). Core self-evaluation was the mediating variable between negative perfectionism and social anxiety,the mediating efficiency was 62.78%,and self-compassion moderated the first half of the mediating pathway(β=0.003,P<0.01 ).
