摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,国有企业为顺应市场浪潮不断进行深化改革,进而提升企业自身、获得新的发展机会。作为中铁一局集团有限公司的专业化公司,必然将改革作为健康发展的必然之路。本文从物贸公司当前的现状以及企业内外部大形势进行分析,结合当前企业进行的改革行动,探索大型国有企业工附营单位的多元化发展之路。
With the continuous development of the market economy,state-owned enterprises are constantly deepening reforms in order to adapt to the market wave,so as to improve themselves and obtain new development opportunities.As a specialized company of China Railway First Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.,reform is bound to be the inevitable way of healthy development.This article analyzes the current status of the material trade company and the internal and external situations of the company,combined with the current reform actions carried out by the company,and explores the diversified development path of large state-owned enterprises'industrial affiliated business units.
