摘要
目的探讨基于CDIO教育模式的护理创新实践在提高护士胰岛素注射皮下脂肪增生识别技能中的应用效果。方法以2020年南京医科大学第一附属医院内分泌科60名专科护士为研究对象,其中内分泌科一病区30名护士设为对照组,二病区护士30名设为观察组。对照组采用传统教育方法,观察组使用CDIO教育模式管理,通过构思-设计-实现-运作4个步骤进行护士专项技能教育指导。比较两种教育模式下,护士对胰岛素注射皮下脂肪增生的及时发现率和正确识别率。结果观察组护士对胰岛素注射皮下脂肪增生及时发现率为86.8%,高于对照组护士的27.4%(χ^(2)=93.364,P<0.05)。观察组护士对胰岛素注射部位皮下脂肪增生正确识别率为23.1%,高于对照组护士的10.7%(χ^(2)=5.668,P<0.05)。结论基于CDIO教育模式的实践可提高护士对胰岛素注射部位皮下脂肪增生及时发现率和正确识别率,该模式可推广至范围更广的非内分泌科护士专业培训甚至胰岛素注射患者的健康教育中。
Objective To explore the effect of innovative nursing practice based on CDIO(Conceive,Design,Implement,Operate)in improving the ability of nurses to identify Lipohypertrophy(LH)induced by insulin injection(timely detection rate and correct recognition rate).Methods Sixty nurses from endocrinology department in a third grade a hospital were selected and divided into two groups.Thirty nurses in the first ward of endocrinology department were seemed as the control group and 30 nurses in the second ward were seemed as the observation group.Traditional education methods were applied in the control group,and CDIO education model was adopted to the observation group,the CDIO education model include four steps:conception,design,implementation and operation.The rate of timely detection and correct recognition on LH were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of timely detection on LH was higher in the observation group(86.8%)than the control group(27.4%)(χ^(2)=93.364,P<0.05).The rate of correct recognition on LH higher in the observation group(23.1%)than the control group(10.7%)(χ^(2)=5.668,P<0.05).Conclusions The practice based on CDIO education model can improve the rate of timely detection and correct recognition on LH of nurses,which can be extended to a wider range of professional training for non-endocrinology nurses and health education for insulin injection patients.
