摘要
以Ca(NO_(3))2·4H_(2)O和P_(2)O_(5)为原料,以无水乙醇作为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米羟基磷灰石粉体,主要研究对反应时间、pH、反应温度、陈化时间、烧结温度等工艺参数的影响,通过SEM形貌分析结合XRD相组成分析,确定最佳的工艺参数。结果表明:pH值为8.0,溶液反应时间6 h,溶液反应温度为70℃,干燥温度为100℃,陈化时间为24 h,烧结温度为1000℃为最理想的工艺。
The nano-sized hydroxyapatite(HAP)powder is synthesized with Ca(NO_(3))_(2)·4H_(2)O and P_(2)O_(5)and absolute ethanol by a sol-gel method.The reaction time,pH,reaction temperature,aging time,sintering temperature and other process parameters are studied.The optimal technology parameters are determined by SEM morphology analysis and XRD phase composition analysis.The results prove that the optimal process is reached with pH 8.0,reaction time 6 h and sintering temperature 600℃.
