摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了高催化性能的介孔TiO;光催化剂。以Cr(Ⅵ)作为目标污染物,对比探究了制备过程中不同溶胶pH、CTAB添加量、煅烧温度这3种控制因素对所制备的介孔TiO;光催化性能的影响。采用Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)法、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段表征了材料的介孔结构、形貌、晶型以及吸光性能。并通过改变Cr(Ⅵ)浓度测试介孔TiO;在太阳光下的光催化性能。结果表明:介孔TiO;为锐钛矿型,较不添加模板剂TiO;孔径增大,粒径减小,吸收边界红移,禁带宽度变窄为2.80eV,有效地提高了光催化活性。
Mesoporous TiO_(2) photocatalysts with high catalytic performance were prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as template.Taking Cr(Ⅵ) as the target pollutant, the effects of different pH,CTAB addition and calcination temperature on the photocatalytic properties of mesoporous TiO_(2) were compared.The mesoporous structure, morphology, crystal form, light absorption properties of the materials were characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) method, X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) method.The photocatalytic properties of mesoporous TiO_(2) under sunlight were measured by changing Cr(Ⅵ) concentration.The results showed that the mesoporous TiO_(2) was anatase type, compared with TiO_(2) without template agent, the pore size of TiO_(2) increased, the particle size decreased.the absorption boundary red-shifted, and the band gap narrowed to 2.80 eV,which effectively improved the photocatalytic activity.
