固体火箭发动机喷管橡胶堵盖承压状态仿真方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对固体火箭发动机喷管橡胶堵盖的受力状态,提出了一种基于Abaqus仿真建模及有限元仿真计算方法。通过橡胶堵盖组成材料(橡胶及夹布)应力-应变曲线及数据拟合,归纳出选择材料本构时应注意的问题;根据堵盖的实际产品状态、结构形态,提出了相关假设,建立了一种简化的有限元模型,并对某固体火箭发动机橡胶堵盖0.3 MPa的承压工况进行了有限元仿真计算。计算结果表明,夹布所承受载荷远高于橡胶部分,橡胶受力最大区域集中在内表面根部。经试验验证,仿真结果误差为5.3%,满足固体火箭发动机喷管橡胶堵盖的设计计算与分析要求。文中提出的建模方法为后续对固体火箭发动机喷管橡胶堵盖的打开及橡胶堵盖破坏过程的演化规律研究奠定了坚实的基础。 Methods of simulation modeling and finite element calculation were proposed based on Abaqus to investigate the pressure-bearing state of rubber plug cover of solid rocket motor nozzle.The problems encountered in selecting the material constitutive were summarized by the stress-strain curves and data fitting of rubber plug cover components such as rubber and cloth.A simplified element model was established based on the actual product state and structural form of the rubber plug cover.The pressure-bearing state of the rubber plug cover of a solid rocket motor nozzle at 0.3 MPa was calculated using the finite element method.The results show that stress on the cloth is much higher than that of the rubber,and the stress concentration area of the rubber is located at the root of the inner surface.The error of simulation result is verified by experiments to be 5.3%,which meets the design and analysis requirements of the rubber plug cover of solid rocket motor nozzle.The proposed modeling method sheds lights on the research of the opening and failure process of the rubber plug cover of solid rocket motor nozzle.
