摘要
为了满足部分结构热试验对传感器的粘贴要求,研究分析了无机型Al(OH)3与H3PO4混合的基底胶粘剂粘贴工艺,对胶粘剂有效粘贴试件的影响因素进行了理论分析和试验对比。结果表明表面处理工艺及适当的固化工艺有利于胶粘剂有效地将传感器粘贴在试件上。
To meet the requirements of sensor's adhesion in some thermal tests of spacecraft structures,the factors that influence the paste effectiveness of the mixture of two inorganic adhesives,Al(OH)3 and H3PO4,are studied theoretically and experimentally.It is shown that proper surface treatment technology and curing process are conducive to the effective paste of sensors onto specimens.
