以心理健康教育课程为载体的大学生心理健康水平干预实证研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 了解大学生心理健康教育干预方案对大学生心理健康水平干预效果。方法 通过分层随机抽样以江苏某卫生职业院校大学生为研究对象。采用《症状自评量表(SCL-90)》对被试进行问卷调查,构建大学生心理健康教育干预方案对大学生进行心理健康水平干预。结果 通过实施心理健康教育课程干预,大学生人际关系、焦虑、偏执等因子的得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大学生对心理健康教育干预方案的评价效果较好。结论 坚持“三全育人”“体育育人”“立德树人”模式对大学生心理健康水平进行干预,能有效改善大学生心理健康水平。 Objective This study aimed to understand the effect of college students′ mental health education intervention program on the level of mental health of college students. Methods Students from a health vocational college in Jiangsu were selected as the research object through stratified random sampling. The "Symptom Self-Rating Scale(SCL-90)" was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the participants. A mental health education intervention program for college students was designed to intervene into the level of mental health of college students. Results The implementation of mental health education curriculum intervention revealed that the scores of interpersonal relationship, anxiety, paranoia, and other factors of college students were significantly different(P <0.05), and the evaluation effect of the mental health education intervention program by college students was better. Conclusion Adhering to the "Three-Wide Education" "Physical Education" and "Leading Moral Education" models and promoting the mental health of college students effectively improved the mental health of college students.
