摘要
城市环境宜居性评价对推动城市品质提升、功能优化有十分重要的意义。通过分析山地城市自然环境和人文环境的复杂特性,构建了涉及自然环境、人文便利性、人文舒适性、人文健康性、人文安全性5方面10个指标的城市环境宜居性评价体系。在此基础上,以重庆市两江新区城区为研究对象,通过评价指标计算、分级、赋权等工作,对城市环境宜居性进行了定量化评价。结果表明,受自然环境条件和人文环境条件影响,研究区城市环境宜居性时空差异显著。空间上,宜居和较宜居像元占有较大的空间优势,大部分区域宜居品质较高,适宜或基本适宜人类居住。受城镇建设影响,城市热岛效应逐渐增强,加之较高等级的噪声干扰,导致空港、龙兴、鱼嘴、寸滩等部分区域环境宜居性等级不高。
It is very significant to evaluate the livability of urban environment for urban quality improvement and function optimiza⁃tion.By analyzing the complex characteristics of natural and human environment in mountain city,this paper constructed an evalu⁃ation system of 10 indexes covering 5 aspects such as natural environment,humanistic convenience,humanistic comfort,humanistic health and humanistic safety of the livability of urban environment.On this foundation,taking the urban of Liangjiang New Area as example,this paper evaluated the livability of urban environment quantitatively through index calculation,grading,weighting,etc.The results show that:affected by the difference between natural environmental conditions and human environmental conditions,the resultant livability is remarkably different in space and time in study area.Spatially,the livable and less livable pixels has great spatial dominance.Most regions are suitable or basically suitable for human habitation with high livable quality.Due to impact of urban construction,the livability of urban environment in some areas such as Konggang,Longxing,Yuzui,Chuntan,etc,was not high with gradually enhanced urban heat island effect and high-level noise interference.
