Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with fracture. Methods A total of 150 patients were enrolled in this study, all of whom were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021.They were divided into control group(conventional nursing,n=75)and study group(rapid rehabilitation nursing+conventional nursing,n=75)by computer blind selection method.A total of 150 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 75 patients in each group. The fracture healing, motor function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the psychological state, inflammatory factors and stress response of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of fracture healing and In motor function score in study group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).and daily living ability score,HAM score,HAMD score, serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),serum cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE)and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on patients undergoing fracture surgery, which can promote fracture healing, restore patients'motor function and improve patients'ability of daily life.It can be further popularized in clinic.
