摘要
目的:观察加速康复外科护理在胫骨平台骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取96例胫骨平台骨折手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用加速康复外科护理,比较两组入院时、术前焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,术后1、3 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,住院时间和出院时Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果:观察组术前SAS评分及术后1、3 d VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,出院时Lysholm评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加速康复外科护理应用于胫骨平台骨折手术患者可减轻患者焦虑情绪和疼痛,缩短住院时间,并提高膝关节功能,效果优于常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of fast-track surgery nursing on patients with tibial plateau fractures during perioperative period.Methods:96 patients with tibial plateau fractures during the perioperative period were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was given the fast-track surgery nursing.The anxiety[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]scores on admission and before the surgery,the pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]scores 1 and 3 days after the surgery,the hospitalization time and the knee function at discharge[Lysholm knee scoring scale]score were compared between the two groups.Results:The SAS score before the surgery of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the VAS scores were lower than those of the control group 1 and 3 days after the surgery;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;the Lysholm score at discharge was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The fast-track surgery nursing for the patients with tibial plateau fractures during the perioperative period can reduce the patients’anxiety and pain,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the knee joint function.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
