摘要
目的研究不同时机和不同手术方式对复杂胫骨平台骨折(胫骨平台SchatzkerⅥ型骨折)患者进行手术的治疗作用评价。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年6月间收治的38例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者进行实验研究,基于手术方式的不同,将他们分为观察一组(13例)、观察二组(13例)和观察三组(12例),将患者的并发症与手术指标情况进行组间比较。结果患者实施手术后,进行术后观测对比得出,观察三组的手术指标及并发症发生情况效果最好(P<0.05);与观察三组相比,其他两组的手术中出血水平低,术中固定内部失败率高,术后愈合恢复时间长(P<0.05);对第一组和第二组的观察中,发现二组的内固定失败和骨折愈合率显著低于一组,但手术中出血水平高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在患者复杂胫骨平台骨折的6~8天间,施以联合入路双钢板内固定术,效果最佳,并发症最少,有积极的作用和应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of different timing and different surgical methods on patients with complex tibia plateau fracture(Schatzker VI fracture).Methods 38 patients with complex tibia plateau fractures treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected for experimental study.According to the different surgical methods,they were divided into observation group(n=13),observation group(n=13)and observation group(n=12).The complications of the patients were compared with the surgical indexes.Results After operation,the patients were observed and compared after operation,and the three groups were observed.The operative indexes and complications were the best(P<0.05).Compared with the three groups,the bleeding level of the other two groups was lower,the internal failure rate of intraoperative fixation was higher,and the recovery time of postoperative healing was longer(P<0.05).In the first group and the second group,it was found that the failure of internal fixation and fracture healing rate in the first group and the second group were significantly lower than those in the first group,but the bleeding level during operation was high,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined approach of double plate internal fixation has the best effect,the least complications,and has positive effect and application value during 6 days of complex fracture of tibia plateau.
