摘要
政府职能转型之下,非营利组织作为独立于政府和企业之外的第三方力量,发挥着越来越重要的作用,但非营利组织陷入了人才资源供给困境之中。员工的组织归属感作为人才去留的重要中介变量,成为不可或缺的重要一环。文章探讨了影响非营利组织员工归属感的相关因素和应对策略,对我国非营利组织发展具有一定的参考价值。
Under the transformation of government functions,non-profit organizations,as a third-party force independent of the government and enterprises,play an increasingly important role,but which are caught in the dilemma of human resources supply.As an important intermediary variable for the retention of talents,employees^sense of organizational belonging is crucial.The article discusses the relevant factors and coping strategies that affect the sense of belonging of non-profit organization employees,which has a certain reference value for the development of non-profit organizations in China.
