摘要 研究了用水、盐酸、硫酸体系从电解锰渣中浸出锰,以及以枸橼酸为助剂时的浸出效果,考察了液固体积质量比、温度、浸出时间及体系中酸浓度对锰浸出率的影响。结果表明,在液固体积质量比4/1、温度40℃、浸出时间60 min、H+浓度1.0 mol/L条件下,在水、盐酸、硫酸体系中,锰浸出率分别为53.44%、81.52%和78.82%;在体系中添加助剂枸橼酸、H+浓度0.2 mol/L条件下,3个体系的锰浸出率可分别提高6.34%、19.92%、20.2%,且酸用量有所降低。 Leaching of manganese from electrolytic manganese residue in the systems of water,hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid was studied,and the leaching effect using citric acid as additives was examined.The effects of liquid volume/solid mass,leaching temperture,leaching time and H+concentration on leaching rate of manganese were investigated.The results show under the conditions of liquid volume/solid mass of 4/1,leaching temperature of 40℃,leaching time of 60 min and H+concentration of 1.0 mol/L,leaching rate of manganese are 53.44%,81.52%and 78.82%,respectively,in the water,hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid systems.Adding citric acid of 0.8%into three systems,the leaching rate of manganese increase 6.34%,20.2%and 19.92%,respectively,when H+concentration is 0.2 mol/L,the acid dosage decreases.
