摘要
作为政府志愿组织,和平队的成立标志着美国对外援助的重心由关注受援国政府转向普通社会公众。和平队既是美国公共外交的重要辅助力量,也是美国进行文化传播的重要渠道。和平队的工作不仅有利于美国国家战略目标的实现,而且促进了志愿者的个人成长和发展,在一定程度上也促进了受援国的经济社会进步。和平队对于我国青年志愿组织参与“一带一路”建设具有重要的启示和借鉴意义。加强国家力量对青年志愿组织的推动和引导;全力打造高素质的青年志愿者队伍;提升青年志愿组织能力建设;促进志愿组织持续、精准参与沿线国家建设是我国青年志愿组织“走出去”的路径选择。
As a government voluntary organization,the establishment of the Peace Corps marked that the focus of U.S.foreign aid has shifted from focusing on the government of the recipient country to the general public.The Peace Corps is an important auxiliary force for U.S.public diplomacy,besides,it's also a vital channel to spread American cultural.The work of the Peace Corps is not only beneficial to realize the national strategic goals of the United States,but also promotes the personal growth and development of volunteers,and to a certain degree also promotes the economic and social progress of the recipient countries.The Peace Corps has important enlightenment and reference significance for Chinese youth voluntary organizations to take part in the establishment of the"Belt and Road".We should strengthen the national power to accelerate and guide the development of youth voluntary organizations,make every effort to establish a high-quality youth volunteer team,improve the capacity building of youth voluntary organizations,and promote the voluntary organizations continuous and precise participation in the construction of countries along the route.This is the path choice for Chinese youth voluntary organizations to"going global".
