摘要
为了研究厚煤层综采沿空留巷支护技术,通过沿空留巷围岩控制原理分析和工程实践,提出了巷内补强支护、巷旁充填支护和临时辅助支护为一体的支护结构体系。巷内补强支护采取补打高预应力锚索和下帮煤体注浆加固的措施;巷旁充填支护主要是采用高水速凝材料构筑巷旁充填体,为了提高巷旁充填体的承载和抗变形能力,充填体中置入锚栓,表面用金属网和梯子梁与锚栓稳固件固定;临时辅助支护采用ZX28800/20/32型液压支架与单体液压支柱配合钢梁的方式。结果表明,巷道与充填体变形均在允许范围之内,沿空留巷每米费用比新掘一条巷道低约1000元,多采出的煤炭每米可获得利润约2.8万元,且缓解了矿井采掘衔接紧张的问题。
In order to study the support technology of Retaining Roadway along goaf in fully mechanized mining of thick coal seam,through the analysis of surrounding rock control principle and engineering practice of retaining roadway along goaf,a support structure system integrating reinforcement support in roadway,filling support beside roadway and temporary auxiliary support is proposed.The results show that the deformation of roadway and filling body is within the allowable range,the cost per meter of Retaining Roadway along the goaf is about 1000 RMB lower than that of a new roadway,and the profit for more coal production reached 28000 RMB,which greatly alleviates the problem of tight connection between mining and excavation.
