摘要
采用共混法制备了改性软木粉/EVA复合发泡材料,探究了改性软木粉填充量对复合发泡材料各项性能的影响。结果表明:改性软木粉的加入能够提高复合材料的表观密度、断裂伸长率及耐磨性能,但硬度、回弹性、压缩变形及拉伸强度却有下降,收缩率和撕裂强度变化较小;研究发现改性软木粉的最佳用量介于9%~17%之间,可以作为新型的鞋内底、鞋垫和拖鞋材料使用。
The modified cork powder/EVA composite foams were prepared via melt blending method,and the effect of the modified cork powder loading on the properties of the composite foams were also explored.The results show that the addition of modified cork powder can increase the apparent density,elongation at break and wear resistance of the composites,but the hardness,resilience,compression deformation and tensile strength decrease,and the shrinkage and tear strength have changed slightly.The research has found that the optimal loading of modified cork powder is between 9%and 17%,which can be used as special shoe insoles,insoles and slippers.
