摘要
近年来风力发电项目呈现爆发式增长,由于安装工人的技术水平参差不齐,易发生风机基础的预应力锚栓露出基础顶面的长度不满足设计要求,导致无法采用液压拉伸器对风机基础的预应力锚栓进行张力拉伸的问题,影响到机组无法并网发电。以某风电场为例,根据材料应力应变的特性,采用扭矩法紧固锚栓,通过测量锚栓伸长量进行精度控制的方法,解决锚栓露出基础顶面长度过短时紧固问题的研究应用。
In recent years,wind power generation projects have shown explosive growth.Due to the uneven technical level of installation workers,it is easy to happen that the length of the prestressed anchor bolts exposed to the top of the foundation does not meet the design requirements,which leads to the problem that the hydraulic tensioner can not be used to stretch the foundation anchor bolts,the unit cannot be connected to the grid for power generation.Taking a wind farm as an example,according to the material strain characteristics,anchor bolts are fastened by the torque method,and the precision control method is adopted by measuring the elongation of anchor bolts,so as to solve the research and application of fastening the anchor bolts when the top surface of the exposed foundation is too short.
