摘要
目的:开展医学影像设备质量控制模式与临床服务效率关联性分析,探讨其在设备管理中的应用价值。方法:围绕医学工程师、影像技师、影像医师和被检患者等对象,构建医学影像设备质量控制与临床服务效率关系模型,采用关联性分析确定设备质量控制优先事项。选取医院临床在用的20台医学影像设备,按照管理模式将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统独立管理模式,观察组采用质量关联控制模式,对比两组质量控制中的设备质量、技术质量和安全质量指标和服务效率中设备工作、临床诊断和影像检查指标的差异性进行评分比较。结果:医学影像设备质量控制与临床服务效率存在高相关27项,中度相关46项,弱相关51项。观察组设备质量、技术质量和安全质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.418,Z=3.067,Z=2.015;P<0.05);观察组设备工作效率、临床诊断效率和影像检查效率评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.161,Z=2.717,Z=2.009;P<0.05)。结论:医学影像设备质量控制模式与临床服务效率的关联性分析,可以有效挖掘影响设备质量因素,提高设备工作效率和临床诊断价值,降低设备使用中的安全隐患。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between quality control mode of medical imaging equipment and clinical service efficiency,and to explore its application value in equipment management.Methods:The relationship model between the quality control of medical imaging equipment and clinical service efficiency was established by medical engineers,imaging technicians,imaging physicians and examined patients,and the priority of equipment quality control was determined by correlation analysis.A total of 20 medical imaging equipment in clinical use were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the management mode.The control group adopted the traditional independent management mode,and the observation group adopted the quality associated control mode.The difference of quality control index and service efficiency index between the two groups were compared.Results:The quality control of medical imaging equipment was highly related to the clinical service efficiency in 27 items,moderately related 46 items and weakly related 51 items.The scores of equipment quality,technical quality and safety quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.418,Z=3.067,Z=2.015;P<0.05);the scores of equipment working efficiency,clinical diagnosis efficiency and imaging examination efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.161,Z=2.717,Z=2.009;P<0.05).Conclusion:The correlation analysis between the quality control mode of medical imaging equipment and clinical service efficiency can effectively excavate the factors affecting the quality of medical imaging equipment,improve the working efficiency and clinical diagnostic value of medical imaging equipment,and reduce the potential safety hazards in the use of medical imaging equipment.
