摘要
机械加工工艺是影响零件加工质量的重要因素,一旦零件机械加工过程中,出现工艺程序不够规范、受力不够均匀、设备质量控制不足等情况,零件加工精度势必会受到影响。本文对机械加工工艺对零件加工精度带来的影响进行分析,并从零件制造过程、提高机械加工工艺水平、零件加工温度、加强外力因素影响控制等方面入手,提出措施以供参考。
The machining process is an important factor affecting the machining quality of parts.Once the insufficient process procedure,insufficient uniform force,insufficient equipment quality control,the parts machining precision is bound to be affected.This paper analyzes the influence of machining process on part machining precision,and proposes the measures for reference from the part manufacturing process,improving the machining process level,part processing temperature,and strengthening the influence control of external force factors.
