Slender shaft machining technology has significant advantages in improving machining efficiency,reducing cost and improving parts quality.Based on this,the application practice of this technology is discussed in detail,including cutting force control,surface quality optimization and machining accuracy improvement in complex parts,and its excellent performance is shown to improve the stability and controllability of the overall machining process.At the same time,the practical application cases of this technology in different materials and structural parts are analyzed,which proves that it can provide strong support for promoting the efficient development of manufacturing industry,and has broad application prospects in the processing of complex parts.
