摘要
目的中心气道狭窄患者多次支气管镜下治疗的安全性,尤其是出血风险。方法统计中心气道狭窄患者的基本信息,并对比分析初次经支气管活检及后续每次经支气管镜治疗时患者的具体情况、出血情况及并发症发生率。同时分析了支气管镜下治疗的次数、操作手段等对于经支气管镜治疗安全性的影响。结果通过分析入组的362名中心气道狭窄患者进行的744次经支气管镜治疗数据显示,共发生严重并发症23人次,总体并发症发生率为3.09%(95%CI,2.07%~4.60%)。多次经支气管镜下治疗并不会增加并发症发生率,且不会增加严重出血的发生率。结论中心气道狭窄患者多次经支气管镜下治疗并不会增加并发症发生率,是一种安全可靠的治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the risk of bleeding and the incidence of complications of multiple bronchoscopic treatment for patients with central airway stenosis.Methods The bleeding degree and complication rate of the central airway stenosis patients during bronchoscopic treatments were counted and compared.At the same time,the influence of the times of bronchoscopy treatment and operation methods on the safety of bronchoscopic treatments was analyzed.Results The data of 362 patients included 744 times of bronchoscopic treatment,and showed that there were 23 serious complications occurred,and the overall complication rate was 3.09%.Repeated bronchoscopic treatment did not increase the incidence of complications,nor increase the incidence of severe bleeding.Conclusion Multiple times of bronchoscopic treatment in patients with central airway stenosis does not increase the incidence of complications,which is a safe and reliable treatment method.
