摘要
某车开启雨刮时由于快速变化的电流会产生磁场,对周边的回路中产生感应的电场,周围的其它低压信号异常,导致发动机偶发出现掉转速信号的故障。通过零部件对标、接地布置、信号压降、电磁干扰等方面逐一分析其失效模式。确认了提高转速传感器电容、整改雨刮电机EMC,从而解决开启雨刮导致发动机掉转速信号的故障。
When a car starts the wiper,a magnetic field will be generated due to the rapidly changing current,and the induced electric field will be generated in the surrounding circuit,and other low-voltage signals around are abnormal,resulting in the occasional failure of the engine to drop the speed signal.In this paper,the failure modes are analyzed one by one from the aspects of component calibration,grounding arrangement,signal pressure drop and electromagnetic interference.The approach of improving the speed sensor capacitance and improving the EMC of the wiper motor is applied so as to solve the failure of the wiper which causes the engine to lose the speed signal.
