摘要
针对CG系列摩托车发动机大排量电起动反冲力较大,造成电起动机构故障率高和脚起动困难等问题,通过在凸轮机构上增加减压机构,起到减小起动时气缸内部压力的作用,明显降低了发动机起动难度,减小了电起动相关部件的损坏可能,为CG系列大排量发动机的推广奠定了基础。
This paper introduces the design of pressure-reducing system of CG series motorcycle engines. The reverse thrust gives rise to the high failure rate and difficulties in kick starting etc.. The installation of the pressure relief device on the camshaft can reduce the pressure in cylinder during the starting and reduce the difficulties of the starting and the damages of parts. This lays a good foundation for the marketing of CG series large-displacement engines.
