摘要
2021年全国宗教工作会议提出"新时代党的宗教工作理论",并提出"要全面贯彻新时代党的宗教工作理论"的要求。认真学习、全面贯彻新时代党的宗教工作理论,要把握其历史、时代和科学定位,正确认识和理解这一理论与习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、中国特色社会主义宗教理论及马克思主义宗教观、马克思主义宗教学的关系;要从宗教社会作用的"两重性"、涉及宗教的两个"本质"、宗教的长期性和新时代的任务要求、宗教的个体属性和社会属性、宗教的"中国化""法治化"、坚持独立自主原则和抵御境外宗教渗透、宗教事务治理格局以及意识形态领域无神论和有神论的较量等方面,解读全面贯彻新时代党的宗教工作理论的核心要义、精神实质和实践要求,剖析无神论宣传教育面临的主要思想障碍;要以新时代党的宗教工作理论为指导,抓住历史机遇,推进马克思主义宗教学、马克思主义无神论理论建设。
The National Conference on work related to religious affairs in 2021 put forward “the Party’s theory ofwork related to religious affairs in the new era” and the requirement of “comprehensively implementing theParty’s theory of work related to religious affairs in the new era.” To seriously study and comprehensively im-plement the Party’s theory of work related to religious affairs in the new era, we should grasp its history, eraand scientific orientation, and correctly understand the relationship between this theory and Xi JinpingThought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the religious theory of socialism with Chi-nese characteristics, the Marxist concept of religion, and Marxist religious studies;we should interpret thecore meaning, spiritual essence and practical requirements of comprehensively implementing the Party’s theo-ry of work related to religious affairs in the new era, and analyze the main ideological obstacles to the publici-ty and education of atheism from the aspects of the “ duality” of the social role of religion, the two “ es-sences” of religion, the long-term nature of religion and the task requirements of the new era, the individualand social attributes of religion, the “sinicization” and “rule of law” of religion, adhering to the principle ofindependence and resisting foreign religious infiltration, the governance pattern of religious affairs, and thecontest between atheism and theism in the field of ideology;we should take the Party’s theory of work relatedto religious affairs in the new era as a guide, seize the historical opportunities and promote the construction ofMarxist religious studies and Marxist atheism.
