摘要
在国家医药卫生体制改革的背景下,国家鼓励利用网络技术加快社区医疗的发展转型。立足于时代背景和国家政策的引导,联合社区医疗的3个服务方,以移动应用为交互平台,探讨社区医疗服务APP的设计策略。为了对社区医疗服务APP的交互原则有客观的认识,在设计过程中帮助决策,通过层次分析法确定了社区医疗服务APP需要重点注意互通性,同时在APP设计中关注易用性、及时性和安全性,将复杂的设计过程进行分解,为社区医疗服务APP的设计提供一定的决策依据。
In the context of the reform of the national medical and health system, the state encourages the use of network technology to accelerate the development and transformation of community health care. Based on the background of The Times and the guidance of national policy, this paper combines three service parties of community medical treatment. This study takes mobile applications as an interactive platform to explore the design strategies of community medical service apps. In order to have an objective understanding of the interaction principle of community medical service APP,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to help decision-making in the design process. Finally, the community medical service APP needs to pay attention to interoperability. At the same time, APP design focuses on ease of use, timeliness and safety, and the complex design process is decomposed to provide certain decision-making basis for the design process of community medical service APP.
