摘要
近年来我国复合绝缘子由于芯棒发热导致异常温升的故障时有发生,给电网安全运行带来隐患。为了研究芯棒发热的热传导特性,以及复合绝缘子内外温度的关系,笔者通过理论推导,建立了芯棒发热的热传导模型,并开展仿真与实验研究。结果表明,当复合绝缘子芯棒发热时,硅橡胶护套中径向温度成对数分布,芯棒表面温度与护套表面温度为一次函数关系,并且复合绝缘子内外温差与复合传热系数成正比,与护套导热系数和环境温度成反比,而环境湿度对复合绝缘子芯棒发热的热传导没有明显影响。仿真与实验结果相吻合,验证了热传导模型的准确性。
In recent years, the abnormal temperature rise of composite insulator due to the heating of core rod often occurs, which brings hidden danger to the safe operation of power grid. In order to study the heat conduction characteristics and the relationship between the internal and external temperature of composite insulators when the FRP rod is heated, the heat conduction model of FRP rod heating was established by theoretical derivation, and simulation and experimental research were carried out. The results show that when the FRP rod of composite insulators is heated, the radial temperature in the silicone rubber sheath is logarithmic distribution, the surface temperature of the FRP rod is linear with the surface temperature of the sheath. The temperature difference inside and outside the composite insulator is directly proportional to the composite heat transfer coefficient, and inversely proportional to the thermal conductivity of the sheath and the ambient temperature. The ambient humidity has no obvious effect on the heat conduction of the FRP rod heating of composite insulators. The simulation results were consistent with the experimental results, which verified the accuracy of the heat conduction model.
