摘要
随着基建工程的发展,大跨径桥梁及结构形式多种多样,薄壁空心墩便是其中一种。以云南省某高速公路白衣寨1号大桥薄壁空心墩施工为例,从高墩翻模施工技术原理、模板设计及构成、施工工艺、施工方法等方面对薄壁空心墩翻模施工技术进行阐述。经工程实践验证:翻模施工技术施工效率高、安全质量可靠、经济性好。
With the development of infrastructure projects,there are many types of long-span bridges and structures,one of which is thin-walled hollow pier.Taking the construction of thin-walled hollow pier of Baiyizhai No.1 Bridge in Yunnan Province as an example,the paper describes the construction technology of thin-walled hollow pier from the aspects of construction principle,form design and composition,construction technology and construction method.It has been proved by engineering practice that the construction technology of formworkturnover has high efficiency,safety,quality and good economy.
