摘要
指标成分含量是评判栽培中药材质量的主要标准,文章通过检索查阅中国知网(CNKI)、文献数据库(CBM)、《宁夏植物志》《宁夏栽培中药材》等相关资料,依据《中国药典》(2020年版一部)规定的指标成分及含量,并与药材主产区药材质量进行比较,对宁夏主要栽培的甘草、黄芪、菟丝子等10种药材进行了质量评价。宁夏栽培的中药材甘草、麻黄、黄芩、菟丝子、红花、柴胡的指标成分含量均高于国家药典规定,其中宁夏产菟丝子、黄芩中指标成分含量为几个道地产区中最高,宁夏泾源县产红花指标成分含量亦高于新疆主产区。表明:宁夏栽培中药材质量较优。
The content of index components is the main criterion for judging the quality of cultivated Chinese medicinal materials.Based on the related data from CNKI,CBM,Ningxia Flora and Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials Cultivated in Ningxia,and based on index components and content specified in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,over ten kinds of medicinal materials cultivated in Ningxia were evaluated and compared with the quality of medicinal materials in the main producing areas,including Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bunge.and Cuscuta chinensis Lam.and etc..The contents of active ingredient contents of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,Ephedra sinica Stapf,Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bunge.,Cuscuta chinessis Lam.,Carthamus tinctorius L.and Bupleurum chinense in Ningxia were higher than those specified in national pharmacopoeia.Among them,the index component contents of Cuscuta chinensis Lam.and Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bunge.were the highest in several genuine producing areas.The index component content of Carthamus tinctorius L.in Jingyuan County of Ningxia was higher than that in main producing area of Xinjiang.Above all,the traditional Chinese medicinal materials cultivated in Ningxia perform better in quality.
