摘要
利用4种不同激素配比的MS培养基在暗条件下对银柴胡愈伤组织进行了诱导,结果表明,经M4培养基(MS+6-BA(1.0 mg/L)+NAA(1.0 mg/L)+2,4-D(1.0 mg/L))处理的愈伤组织,其诱导率、干重、鲜重及过氧化氢酶和硝酸还原酶活性均最高,而褐化率却明显低于其他处理,是银柴胡愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基配方.
Inducing on callus of Starwort root with four kinds of media including different hormones in darkness, the results showed that the inducing rate, the dry weight, the fresh weight, the activity of catalase and nitrate reducase of callus were the highest with the M4 medium [MS+ 6-BA(1.0 mg/L) NAA(1.0 mg/L)+2,4-D(1.0 mg/L)], but the browning rate was lower than others, so M4 medium is the best for inducing Starwort root callus.
