摘要
孙伟正教授注重理论联系实际,以中医经典古训为理论依据,对中医诊治非重型再生障碍性贫血有独到见解。他以“血之源头在乎肾”论述肾的血液生化、生理作用和非重型再生障碍性贫血发病的肾虚机制;以“善诊者,察色按脉,先别阴阳”对该病进行肾阴虚和肾阳虚的辨证分型;以“损其肾者,益其精”为治疗该病的原则;并以补肾滋阴、填精养血和温肾助阳、益髓化血为治法;以“阴平阳秘”“以平为期”“骨髓坚固,气血皆从”为疗效判定标准;以“阳虚易补,阴虚难疗”判定该病疗效和预后,形成一整套治疗非重型再生障碍性贫血疗效显著的、具有创新性的诊疗方法。
Professor SUN Weizheng attaches great importance to the integration of theory with practice based on TCM ancient classics,and he has unique views on the diagnosis and treatment of non-severe aplastic anemia.He discusses the biochemical and physiological function of Kidney blood and the mechanism of Kidney deficiency for the disease with the theory of'the source of blood from Kidney'.The syndrome differentiation of Kidney-Yin deficiency and Kidney-Yang deficiency was carried out according to'those who are good at diagnosis,observe color and feel pulse to distinguish Yin and Yang first'.The treatment principle for the disease is'supplementing essence for Kidney damage'.The treatment methods are tonifying Kidney and nourishing Yin,replenishing essence and nourishing blood,warming Kidney and supporting Yang,as well as benefiting marrow and transforming blood.Taking'Yin and Yang in balance','balance emphasis'and'bone marrow being strong,both Qi and blood will abide'as the criterias for judging curative effect.The curative effect and prognosis of the disease are judged by'Yang deficiency being easy to make up,but Yin deficiency being difficult to treat',and a set of innovative and effective diagnosis and treatment method is formed for non severe aplastic anemia.
