摘要
目的:观察补髓生血颗粒对CAA患者骨髓单个核细胞中NF-κΒ磷酸化表达水平的影响,探讨补髓生血颗粒治疗CAA的作用机制。方法:40例CAA患者给予补髓生血颗粒治疗6个月,采用蛋白质印迹方法(Western-blot)观察CAA患者骨髓单个核细胞中NF-κΒ/p65的表达水平。结果:治疗前CAA患者骨髓单个核细胞NF-κΒ/P65表达水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05),经补髓生血颗粒治疗后,NF-κΒ/P65表达有所上升,与治疗前相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:CAA患者骨髓单个核细胞中的NF-κΒ/p65呈低水平表达,NF-κΒ/p65的异常表达可能参与CAA的发病机制过程,从而引起骨髓造血信号转导的异常。补髓生血颗粒可能通过调节NF-κΒ/p65的表达来改善CAA骨髓造血微环境。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Busui Shengxue granule on the expression level of phosphorylation of the NF-κΒ in marrow mononuclear cell of the CAA patients.Method: Collect 40 CAA patients,which were treated by Busui Shengxue granule for 6 months and 30 healthy persons,and observe the expression level of phosphorylation of NF-κΒ/p65 in marrow mononuclear cell of CAA patients.Results: The expression level of NF-κΒ/p65 in marrow mononuclear cell of CAA patients was lower than that in normal group(P0.05).It rose up after having been treated by Busui Shengxue granule.This is a significant difference to the prior treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion: There is an abnormal low expression level of phosphorylation of the NF-κΒ/p65 in marrow mononuclear cell of CAA patients.The abnormal expressions of NF-κΒ/p65 may participate in the process of the nosogenesis of CAA.Accordingly,it may cause an abnormal transduction of the sign of medullary hematopoiesis.The Busui Shengxue granule may make a good change to the hemopoietic microenvironment by adjusting the expression level of phosphorylation of the NF-κΒ/p65 in marrow mononuclear cells.
