保护定值在线校核与智能整定闭环系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 电网拓扑结构日益复杂,运行方式也呈现出多样化特点,一旦系统运行方式超出日常方式安排,即超出了离线整定方式的考虑范围,可能存在保护误动或者拒动的事故隐患,因此需要研究继电保护定值在线整定和校核方法。首先研究继电保护定值在线校核及智能整定系统架构,开发该系统与传统智能调度系统的数据接口,周期性自动获取电网模型、参数及实时运行数据;开发该系统与保护信息系统主站接口,自动从保护信息系统获取装置级定值数据,形成全网一二次模型;研究并开发了并行计算算法,提高在线整定和校核的计算速度。最终基于上述结构和算法设计并开发了自动闭环整定和校核预警系统,对运行定值实时校核、在线整定,预警数据实时传输至智能调度系统,提升调度系统自动化和智能化水平。 With the increasing complexity of power grid topology,the operation mode presents diversified characteristics.Once the system operation mode exceeds the daily mode arrangement and the consideration of off-line setting mode,there may be potential accidents of protection misoperation or refusal.Therefore,it is necessary to study the online setting and verification method of relay protection setting.Firstly,the architecture of relay protection setting online verification and intelligent setting system was studied,and the data interface between the system and the traditional intelligent dispatching system was developed to automatically obtain the power grid model,parameters and real-time operation data periodically.Then,the interface between the system and the relay protection information system was developed to automatically obtain the device level setting data from the relay protection system to form the primary and secondary model of the whole network.Finally,a parallel computing algorithm was developed to improve the speed of online setting calculation and verification.The automatic setting verification and intelligent setting calculation closed-loop system was designed and developed based on the above structure and algorithm which can improve the automation and intelligence level of the dispatching system.
