摘要
目的探讨多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在我院进行治疗的78例糖尿病合并冠心病患者,随机分为对照组与研究组(每组39例)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组实施多样性护理,对两组患者护理满意度、各项指标以及生活质量进行比较。结果研究组患者对护理效果的满意度显著高于对照组;研究组患者血糖水平、心率及心功能指标较对照组患者改善情况更好;研究组患者心绞痛发作次数以及发作持续时间较对照组明显减少;研究组患者血脂水平较对照组患者改善程度更明显;研究组患者各项生活质量评分较对照组患者提高程度更明显;研究组患者焦虑、抑郁评分降低程度较对照组更明显;研究组6 min步行试验结果较对照组更长,P<0.05。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者采取多样性护理干预可有效改善其临床症状,对提高其护理满意度及生活质量具有积极的意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of diversity nursing in the nursing of diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease.Methods Seventy-eight patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group(39 cases in each group).The control group was given routine nursing and the study group was given diversified nursing.The nursing satisfaction,indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The patients in the study group were significantly more satisfied with the nursing effect than in the control group;the blood glucose level,heart rate,and heart function indicators of the study group improved better than those in the control group;the number of angina pectoris attacks and the duration of attacks in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group the blood lipid levels of the study group were improved more significantly than those of the control group;the quality of life scores of the study group were improved more significantly than those of the control group;the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were reduced more significantly than those of the control group;the results of the 6-min walking test in the study group were more far than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Diversity nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease,and it has positive significance to improve their nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
