摘要
目的探讨多样化护理措施在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年10月东营市中医院心内科收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者92例,随机摸球法将患者分为对照组、观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组实施多样化护理,记录空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平变化。评估患者依从性,分为服药、复查、生活方面的依从性,比较两组护理满意度。结果护理前,两组FBG、2 hBG、HbA1c水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,对照组患者的FBG、2 hBG、HbA1c分别为(8.36±0.75)mmol/L、(13.85±0.75)mmol/L、(8.63±0.75)%,观察组分别为(7.10±0.85)mmol/L、(10.85±0.89)mmol/L、(7.12±0.85)%,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组依从率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不满意8例,满意20例,非常满意18例,观察组不满意2例,满意12例,非常满意32例,观察组的总满意度(95.65%)明显高于对照组(82.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将多样化护理模式用于糖尿病合并冠心病患者的效果良好,能够快速降低血糖水平,提高患者依从性,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得广泛推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified nursing measures in the nursing of diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 92 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Dongying Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given regular nursing mode.The observation group implemented diversified nursing and recorded changes in fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c).Assess patient compliance,which was divided into medication,reexamination,and compliance in life.Compared the two groups of nursing satisfaction.Results Before nursing,compared with the levels of FBG,2 hBG,and HbA1c between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the FBG,2 hBG and HbA1c of the control group were(8.36±0.75)mmol/L,(13.85±0.75)mmol/L,(8.63±0.75)%,respectively.The observation groups were(7.10±0.85)mmol/L,(10.85±0.89)mmol/L,and(7.12±0.85)%.The observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher compliance rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,8 cases were dissatisfied,20 cases were satisfied,and 18 cases were very satisfied.In the observation group,2 cases were dissatisfied,12 cases were satisfied,and 32 cases were very satisfied,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group(95.65%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.61%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of diversified nursing models for patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes with co-occurrence is effective,and can quickly reduce blood glucose levels and improve patient compliance.It has h
