摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病合并冠心病开展多样化护理模式的临床应用效果。方法:选择医院收治的80例糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为对象,采用随机数表法将80例对象分成两组:对照组(40例)常规护理干预,观察组(40例)多样化护理干预,比较两组患者的血糖控制效果和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的血糖控制效果优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多样化护理模式应用于糖尿病合并冠心病患者的效果明显,能够降低和稳定其血糖水平,并获得较高的护理满意度。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and application effect of diversified nursing mode for diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:80 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as subjects.80 patients were divided into two groups by random number table method:40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 40 patients in the observation group were given diversified nursing care.The effect of blood sugar control and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The effect of blood sugar control in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of diversified nursing model in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease has obvious effect,can reduce and stabilize their blood sugar level,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
